Sooo， I watched the Netflix show before reading this and I couldn’t believe how wonderfully adapted the show was！ But that’s not the point here - the point is， that I never have read a comic in my life before and I actually never wanted to， but since Nick’s and Charlie’s story melted my heart， made me tear up and is just the definition of perfection - we need more stories like this， I decided that I need to buy the books and read them as well to get as much Nick & Charlie content as possible！！！ Sooo， I watched the Netflix show before reading this and I couldn’t believe how wonderfully adapted the show was！ But that’s not the point here - the point is， that I never have read a comic in my life before and I actually never wanted to， but since Nick’s and Charlie’s story melted my heart， made me tear up and is just the definition of perfection - we need more stories like this， I decided that I need to buy the books and read them as well to get as much Nick & Charlie content as possible！！！ I mean， Comics will never be my favorite genre， but I really， really enjoyed this one。 It made me flee from reality while being in a pretty stressful time， it made my heart scream and squeak of joy and cuteness and love and it made me wish that every teenager reads this book or watches the show at least once in their teenager years。 I mean， hoe could I possible missed this story the last few years in my life？ I actually don’t know how I lived without Charlie and Nick in my life。 There is nothing， I could criticize here， it would feel absolutely wrong when I started to care so much about these characters and read this comic in one sitting。 。。。more

I don't usually read YA or graphic novels。 But I wanted to read the books before watching the show， so I thought now was a great time to give Heartstopper a chance。And I'm glad I did。 It was EVERYTHING。 ❤️❤️❤️I loved both characters， their internal monologue， that teen “angst”， soul searching， and everything else。 It definitely took me back to my school years， even I didn't personally deal with the similar thoughts。Such a beautiful beginning for a story that will definitely be worth of your time I don't usually read YA or graphic novels。 But I wanted to read the books before watching the show， so I thought now was a great time to give Heartstopper a chance。And I'm glad I did。 It was EVERYTHING。 ❤️❤️❤️I loved both characters， their internal monologue， that teen “angst”， soul searching， and everything else。 It definitely took me back to my school years， even I didn't personally deal with the similar thoughts。Such a beautiful beginning for a story that will definitely be worth of your time。 I'm excited to read volume two next！ 。。。more
